This blend is excellent for bringing out the flavour of Alberta beef, but can also be used for other meats and on potatoes. Try it as a dry rub on barbequed steaks and oven-roasted prime rib. OR make a quick marinade by mixing 2 tablespoons of Calgary Steak Spice with ¼ cup of red wine, ½ cup of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Marinate your meat for half an hour in the fridge before grilling.
